Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process. (Please note if you received an incorrect discount or shipping discount, we reserve the right to correct the total before processing your order.) Common Carriers will attempt delivery three business days in a row. After three business days, the carrier will auto hold at their facility for pickup by the recipient. Only the recipient that is listed on the package may pick up with a valid photo ID. After five days, the shipment will be returned to Brooklyn Winery.
All wine shipments require the signature of an adult of 21+ years.
Wine shipments can be expensive due to the nature of the item we are shipping (adult signature, weight, etc). To get the best value for shipping, ordering multiple bottles will generate a better rate across the bottles purchased. For example it may cost $20 to ship 1 bottle of wine and cost $24 to ship 3 bottles of wine. So rather than paying $20/bottle to ship, you are paying $8/bottle to ship. The more wine you purchase the better your shipping value will be.
In addition it is usually less expensive when shipping to a business address versus shipping to a home address.
At checkout, you can also choose to pick up your order at Brooklyn Winery, located at 213 N 8th Street in Williamsburg. We will then contact you when your wine is ready for pickup.
