This Barbera is made using grapes from Suisun Valley, California. It is full and textured in body (which is representative of the warm growing climate) yet maintains acidity and intensity. This wine was fermented dry on the skins and pressed to neutral french oak barrels for aging for 20 months before bottling.
Winemaker’s Tasting Notes:
Dense ruby hue and fruit forward aromatics complement the soft, juicy texture. Hints of waffle cone, raspberry, and orange steal the show for this signature Barbera.
