2013 Cabernet Sauvignon - Sonoma
The soil of Sonoma Valley is awake in this wine with bold notes of blackberry and chocolate-covered strawberries, supported by powerful, yet smooth tannins.
Sourced from Atwood Ranch in the beautiful Sonoma Valley, CA, our 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, had a near perfect growing season on the vine. Carefully hand picked, the fruit was delivered to the winery in Brooklyn with the utmost of care and precision, where the clusters were gently de-stemmed before beginning the fermentation process.
Deep, brooding, and immensely satisfying, this Cabernet pulls out all the stops without being overly fruit forward or jammy. Cabernet character stands true. Will cellar well through 2025.
