Made from 100% Finger Lakes Chardonnay grown on the northwest side of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York, Brooklyn Winery's first sparkling wine was made using Methodé Champenoise, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Bright apple and pear notes dominate the aromatics and palate. Glazed pear brioche and honey-apple hard candy align with a strong wet river stone minerality, with a generous mid-palate and lengthy finish.
