Winemaker’s Tasting Notes:
This rich and creamy wine has notes of Anjou pear, hazelnut and lime rind on the nose. There is a generous mouthfeel with creamy citrus, pear, and green apple. The barrel fermenting adds notes of buttressed while simultaneously accented with a lofty acidity.
