2015 Malvasia Bianca
This wine is available only in half bottles (375ml)
A pleasantly surprising addition to the Brooklyn Winery wine list, our head winemaker Conor McCormack stumbled upon a planting of Malvasia while walking the vineyards. Enticed by the large clusters, he tasted a grape and was blown away by the intensity of flavor. Before even knowing which variety it was, he knew he wanted to make a skin contact ferment to draw out the intense floral and fruit characteristics resulting in this unusual but distinctive expression of the native Mediterranean grape variety.
