2013 Cabernet Franc
Powerful yet refined, this Cabernet Franc is everything that you want in a glass of red wine! With the classic spice that is expected from a Long Island-grown Cabernet Franc, this bold wine had a near perfect growing season on the vine and is drinking beautifully at the moment and will continue to do so for years to come. One of our more popular red wines—and a staff favorite—this small production wine will be gone before you know it!
Winemaker’s Tasting Notes:
Explosive elements of cocoa powder, blackberry, cassis, and blueberry pie mix with hints of jalapeño pepper and green and black olive. Supple texture, deep complexity with an incredibly long finish, this wine offers layer upon layer to be enjoyed for many years to come.
